
Will Pilates help me lose weight or just tone?
I made these outputs pilates work out of a meeting of Caribbean unity "video. It is 8 training sessions with a focus on the abdominals, back, stretching the whole body, etc. Anyway, I'm not necessarily more weight, but treatment weight loss, can I help? I can feel my muscles working but I have enough muscle to burn a significant amount of fat, or help them breathe my heart rate?
First, "Tone" and "weight loss" are the same thing. Losing weight is the tone. Raise your heart rate is the going to lose weight. I have no knowledge of Pilates, so I dont know if the exercise of the right to burn fat heart rate.
