Never thought I'd see a train wreck of yoga as I saw the other day in class. I've been doing yoga every day for almost 50 years and never made me laugh thus. So here's what happened.

I happened to attend a yoga class for beginners (the only thing I've done that day because my schedule) and we were packed like sardines. We learn to Tree pose, you know, one where you stand on one leg and the other crossed in front. This is a room full Yoga students for beginners, there were a lot of blinking participating in the tree pose.

All of sudden death … Bam! A woman switches to the left and hit his neighbor. His neighbor collapses in person soon left, and so on, until about six people had collapsed on the ground in a giant human pretzel! We all laughed like crazy and got a better workout for our abs through laughter that we have done in the rest class.

So if you ever have the opportunity to join a yoga class from packaged, beware of the tree poses … or at least be ready to laugh your ass out when everyone collapses on itself! Of course, all this is just a way to make you smile, and how to segue into the topic of how to make your practice yoga easier and more efficient.

3 ways to make your yoga practice easier and more efficient

The Yoga is certainly a good practice, but if you are just starting it, or if they tend to be hot and cold in their practice, yoga can be very painful.
