
Pleas help with my weight problems?
Well, let's say, I have a flat stomach. No, I'm pregnant, I have 14, but I can not very well the floor of my stomach. I weigh 120 pounds and am 5'4. I literally run 3 miles every night. I am a runner and I'm about to start for coach 10 km and then I'm three miles every night to keep my speed and 5K behind me, so I go further. Play tennis four days a week for about an hour and a half. I have no food. I eat a big meal at the weekend and then the ice cream and a piece of carrot cake that night. On weekdays, I eat a meal moderally well and a small dinner. In generally, I make sure they never go over 1500 calories per day, but I'm not a metro. I'm about to start this week pilates this will my flat stomach? Please help !!!!!
