I just started going to the gym. I have a Pilates class, kickbocking class, and yoga. I really want?

Fitness fast time. I do not know really what kind of routine to do every day to try to get in shape quickly. I do not want to pay for a personal trainer. I'm trying to diet and lose 20 lbs. Can anyone help with a routine that will help me soon:) I really want to work my legs, abs, arms and buttocks.

The kickboxing class will def. help tone when you mentioned that you want. Pilates class is ideal for your database. The yoga class, depending on what type of yoga, is ideal for relaxing and stretch as you def. going to be painful! In addition to what already do, use the treadmill and elliptical machines at the gym. You can do 20 minutes every 3-5 days a week. Walking on a slope of 5 minutes, then recover for 2 minutes, then try again. This will work your ass and legs with more effectiveness. Since you already joined a gym, you can see the machines that have different weights. You can also use weights to tone your arms doing bicep curls, triceps kickbacks, shoulder raises, etc. Make sure you drink enough water! Good luck:)
