I lost weight and the need to tone. I have a bit of loose skin on the belly, like a pocket, and my thighs / legs. if I do Winsor Pilates for the husband of one hour a day and eat healthily, I am able to lose fat? apparently, the videos include cardio, but I'm not entirely sure though at this time. and if so, nobody knows how long until I began to see results at this rate? Thanks in advance

omg I love those bands haha damn yeh i say the work I lost weight when I wanted tonic but I'm lazy so I have to record up to 20 minutes every day and am more toned and not loose base strenth is good:) I still miss a week, but thanks for reminding this level! :) I definitely say give it a habit of doing wrong!
