Just started an exercise regimen, any suggestions?

I just joined a gym and have been doing treadmill for 20 minutes to get my heart rate up and blood flowing, then going into a class… sometimes it’s pilates and other times it’s what they call “body step” which uses the stepboard, and sometimes “rpm” which is a stationary bike class. I’m in pretty good shape already, 5′4″ and 130, I just want to lose about 10 pounds and get more toned. I haven’t used any of the other equipment yet, I’m a bit too shy to ask someone how. Anyway, what’s the best way to lose the belly fat the fastest and what other suggestions do you have for me? Any input is much appreciated! Thanks!!

I’m not sure what THE best way is to lose belly fat, but I’ll tell you what’s worked the best for me: belly dance. Basically just doing hip bumps, belly rolls, and moving the pelvis back and forth while squatting slightly and having my hands on my hips and “scooping” with the belly. you can easily youtube this and there’ll be some quick and easy videos that’ll teach you the moves if you don’t already know them. very fun to do to music, simple, and (in most cases) incredibly effective!
