Easy fun for teens?
ok, im a 16 yr old girl. I want to make some sort of fun exercise, because I have not no time to join a gym and not qualified to be a team sport. I want to do something fun (like some I can do everything listenting in dance-music) I will not bore you. I thought that yoga or Pilates? but I really want to be fun. so any reccomendations? reccomendations or DVD? or advice? I want to do 30 minutes-45 minutes after school. easy, but fun. help. Thanks in advance. Oh, and my goal is toning, and are suitable only because I am out of shape. Nothing serious, just an exercise healthy. do not recommend pills or anything if you please. I do not want to lose 50 pounds or nothing. trying to be healthy and have fun while doing it.
I recommend and advise turn your light off, pull the curtains, blast music and dance like crazy … He helped me get fit and some of his friends also tried this solution. He has worked for them. Sometimes its more fun if you invite a friend and dance like crazy … you can have a laugh about it, but I was more comfortable in my spare time about 30 minutes each day in mine. * IVE read this question somewhere before …………..
