year postpartum, it is too early to starting yoga poses ….?

I'm three weeks after delivery and I really need to start exercise as a way to help my body image problems. I have a history of eating disorders and I feel quite the image of myself wise. I do not want do something that cause additional risks painful and difficult for me, but I have to start some kind of exercise plan to make me suitable for the heavy stuff after have my doctor. I have a yoga DVD for beginners and I decided to start an exercise routine night with my dog. I have three weeks until my balance. After his return to Pilates gym, aerobics and weight training. Do you have any suggestions for exercise routines that will help me light back into the groove of walking?
