basic pilates workouts
*WILL Pick BEST ANSWER!* How Can I….?? Help?!?

Okay, so my sister and I are both skinny (I’m 115, 5′3”, my sister is 5′6” and around 135-140) anyways, we want to go to the gum and get really toned for Spring/bikini season. We are going to start Volleyball, Pilates, Kickboxing, a “Basic Training class” (it’s not as rigorous as the Military but they based some of the workout moves on it) that they offer at the gym we are going to go to. But what we are wanting to know is:

How many days/for how long should we go to the gym to get toned by Spring and/or bikini season? How can we get thinner thighs, toned tummy, etc.? Please add anything that might be helpful.

I DON’T drink any soda whatsoever, and I eat lots of grilled chicken, whole wheat bread, salads, and fruits btw.

your weight is great you will just need toning and firming your body and this is easy you can do that with just eating more small snacks in between meals like slices of carrots and cucumber and workout by dancing for 30 minute daily will get your body to the shape best of luck and your sister weight is magnificent and need also toning and firming this can be done by eating light food and workout and the volleyball is the best of the burning sport ever because you move and jump a lot and that will burn the calories more quickly and will get your waist and abs to get toned and firmed and your thighs too and the food you eat is great you just make sure not eat the grilled chicken with the skin best of luck and enjoy your play with your sis and hope you get in shape long before spring http://www.caloriecounting.co.uk/resources/intro.htm
