How long will it take me to get ab muscles (or a flat stomach/no love handles and muffin tops) if I…?

do an hour of yoga twice a week and thirty minutes of pilates each day for around 2-3 days a week? And I generally watch what I eat.

If you want abs the only thing I can say is to do the tae bo ab boot camp. If you don’t have the DVD(such as me) watch it on youtube (search: ab boot camp and it will say part1 part2 and so on) I started it for about two days and felt abs coming in already
