kind of stretching?

I am looking for any kind of exercise or martial arts that is running and stretching movements. Must be something done mainly standing, not on the floor on a mat and Pilates. I'm in yoga or other …. so something else there? thanks

You can make your groups muscle stretch or individual to do a full body stretch.
