Be prepared for the EASY way EXERCISE HATERS

You feel you never get fit or maintain fitness is overwhelming? If Yes, you not alone. Many, many people have great intentions to start a fitness program, but can not sustain the energy or enthusiasm to support the effort. This does not mean that has failed and that does not mean you can not even get in shape.OK, there are strange weird people who really love training. You will hear about how to start to sweat all day and meaningless madness. But the truth is that most of us working on is a huge task! I hate it. Actually I hate them all day, but I managed to stay in shape over the years and I did it my way, multi-tasking. The cancellation of a hours a day, training does not really work for me and perhaps is not your cup of tea. I have learned to operate in my day and not feel it's something I put aside, but I manage to exercise, while others thing.

Studies have shown that, while walking briskly for 30-60 minutes per day of crude oil actually burns more fat than running. And the boy is good news for me since I hate-hate-hate running. For many years, I've always said that I could not run and I always got the hook, but the truth is that when I tried it I realized I could actually run up to 3 miles. I was surprised and ran every day for a while, but it was not for me, so he quit. But my dog needs a walk every day to multi-task and get my aerobic walking when I walk. We used to go, Once you get out of bed and then do not worry for the rest of the day. I have a treadmill for when the weather is bad, but taking the dog for a walk outside is more fun than persevering along a tape. We're out in the fresh air and I'm having fun with my dog. Now, I must warn you, use these shoes will give you a leg workout legs will burn in the fire. I use to walk 3 miles and I'm midterm before stopping the fire. I hate, but what a great workout. I feel that everything in my legs and buttocks and even my thighs. Then I took out my iPod and start an audio book and now I'm just strolling my dog, but more me:

1. Get aerobic training

3. Read a book
