I did pilates for my abs. Will it work?

I'm really tired of exercise programs do not seem to work on my abs. Any advice?

Targeting an area does nothing. In all training needed. The only way to have defined abs is to lose the layer of fat covering them. Depending on genetics, you can lose belly fat easy or not easy. You receive your total body fat percentage down. This requires diet, exercise and discipline, and some people simply do not have the genetic makeup for a good muscle definition. Just make the best of what you have and to eat healthily.
