What size NFL jersey is right for me?

Hello, I'm looking for an NFL jersey, but I'm not sure what size to obtain. I've never tried one and I have no chance to go and try different sizes (I'm from Sweden). Now I'm considering (M) men shirt medium but I'd love to check against someone who has a clue about the size:). My measurements are: 179 cm / 5 ft 10.47 inch chest 100 cm / 39 cm'm the type of construction muscle, not completely broken: S, but it is a good approximation: http://z.about.com/d/pilates/1/5/9/4/-/-/RippedAbs2Crop.jpg Now to do some more complicated, I would add that I prefer shirts that is a little tighter shirts that are too "sloppy" (if this is the correct term). I heard that the sizes are generally large, but what is great? However, would the shirt Youth XL (38 "-40") are better or completely out of the question? Thanks for the help! Fredrik

Usually the shirts should be wide or neglected. I am 5 '10''170 pounds and very muscular Adult and half sweater fits very freely. For example, long enough to cover your ass when I sit and arms are too long / If you want a tighter editing, should try at least a small adult or XS and / or youth XL as you suggest. Kinda strange tight T-shirt for boys, first … but I guess your choice
